Do You or Your Passenger Endure Full Sun Exposure

Sanden HVAC System

Are you constantly adjusting the temperature controls to equalize the temperature within your vehicle? If so, then you are not driving a vehicle with a Sanden HVAC system. A system designed to allow you to individually control the outlet temperature on the left and right sides of the passenger compartment.

Sanden International (USA.) Inc. designs and manufacturers automotive HVAC systems, condensers, evaporators, receiver/driers, motors and cabin units for clients such as Ford, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Nissan, Volvo, Volkswagen, Honda, Mack Truck, and Caterpillar.

In December 2003, Nutech finalized Phase II of Sanden’s large data collection project that began in October 2001. The Viewpoint for BPCS data collection system has increased Sanden’s warehouse functionality, while boosting their cost and labor savings.

Viewpoint’s compatibility with both BPCS and Future 3 allows Sanden to meet procedural specifications of its automotive and non-automotive clients. Phase II involved sophisticated picking and shipping processes and automatic inventory tracking and replenishment at the raw material, production and finished goods levels. Using Viewpoint’s List component, Sanden keeps track of specific client requirements and builds pallets based on those requirements. A Supervisor View was also designed to give warehouse supervisors control of the warehouse floor. In conjunction with serialized pallets for unique identification, warehouse supervisors can direct the picking, building and shipping of customer orders, designating where the orders are staged and loaded onto trucks for shipment, as well as the choice of carriers. Other Viewpoint applications include vendor receiving, production reporting, shop floor returns and transfers, location transfers, unpick/unload allocated pallets, and printing or re-printing shipping labels.
